Good morning Canberra people :) We thought Spanakopita is perfect for summer and spring days and decided to make a break with supply of our yummy vegan spanakopita to Ainslie IGA. But then we heard from few of you who missed it a lot, so hurry up, because there is a fresh batch just delivered and smiling to you from Ainslie IGA shelves this morning ! And with yet another week, we delivered freshly made quinoa and buckwheat salad with colorful veggies. Sits so well on this stunning plate that was gifted to us by Amy Beggs-French who is so talented and brings a fresh ocean feeling into the kitchen every time we serve a meal from her plates! I feel I am in the right mood for making cakes lately :) Both of cakes are raw,vegan and gluten free with no refined sugar..blue one is my new style and i like it a lot..coloured with organic blue spirulina and cashew cream and taste is vanilla and lemon :) Bigger one was ordered for the wedding anniversary and although it looks like a 2 tier cake it was made out of 4 raw cakes :) I am still receiving orders for Easter and all other occasions; ) #canberramagickitchen #vegan #organicfoodcanberra #rawvegancakes#glutenfreecanberra

Last Saturday was our last attendance to Capital Region Farmers Markets. Thank you to all the customers who supported us through this journey. It was a lovely experience. At this point we are happy to have more time to focus on catering services and more creative work, so stay updated !
